Excellent service, comfortable rooms, beautiful area, convenient subway access, helpful staff, free baby bed.

There was nothing I didn't like.

although the hotel is a bit outdated (appreciated the style of the early 80s) very well equipped and very comfortable rooms. (typically japanese) super friendly and helpful staff. spa area with large swimming pool (not the usual hotel 10-metre lanes). good bars (also for smokers). approx. 3-4 minutes walk from the nearest metro station, from there 90% of tokyo's sights can be reached in max. 30 minutes. good, although not an unusual breakfast.

Located in a peaceful area, far from train stations, with discreet entrance. Exceptional, helpful staff. L35 room is beautiful, tranquil, well-equipped. Lobby flowers, concierge, reception, subway proximity, taxi service convenient. Pickup point for local tours. Warm toilet seats, reliable wifi, cable internet, great shower.

The hotel is excellent but you can tell that the facilities are a little old. They're opening a new one next to the same property which I guess will be very cool.

General comfort, exceptional quality of reception and staff, facilities including swimming pool and spa, excellent massages, very pleasant Orchid bar for an evening aperitif. We had two large rooms communicating with the children: absolute comfort.

The cost of breakfast (optional), but it was a minor flaw because we had a perfect place to have lunch near the Kamiyacho station before leaving to enjoy the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff was super friendly and professional, providing excellent service. the room was spacious and beautifully furnished, and it was kept spotlessly clean throughout my stay. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city quickly and affordably. Additionally, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores in the surrounding area, so I never had to go far to find something to eat or buy any necessities.

One thing that was a bit disappointing was that the hotel couldn't provide a double room for us, even though we had booked well in advance. It was especially disappointing since we had just gotten engaged.

great breakfast (3600 yen), central location in tokyo, subway kamiyacho 200 meters away. super friendly and efficient service (also above average by japanese standards! several good restaurants in the hotel. excellent skybar. uncomplicated bus shuttle to narita and haneda.

at the moment, there is some construction work going on all around for a new hotel wing, in the hotel itself there is no sign of it.

wonderful hotel with the best service. the location was great, 300 meters to the metro station, supermarket just around the corner. for us the highlight was the large swimming pool (we didn't have to pay anything extra) with the exclusive equipment (i even got a pair of swimming goggles). own bakery was also a dream, various kinds of bread, cakes and snacks can be bought there to take away. if again tokyo then in any case to the okura hotel, for the luxury almost a bargain.

Unseparated WC in the bathroom. dull business district in the evening. but only one station from the animation of Roppongi or two from Ginza.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with utmost care and attention, ensuring a seamless check, in process. the spa and wellness centre is nothing short of indulgent, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the massage we received was perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. We loved relaxing in the spa lounge and taking in the beauty treatments available.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the in, room breakfast. While the menu was extensive, the delivery was a bit delayed, which delayed our plans for the day.

However, the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city center and we were very close to a subway station. Additionally, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a wide twin bed and even a baby bed arranged for our child. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Furthermore, the hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the brand new ones.

The hotel is located in a residential area with many distinguished embassies and restaurants. It is close to the subway so even though the distances in Tokyo are long it is easy to move around the city.

For the price you should not charge separately for access to the pool and gym

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The beautiful blend of traditional and modern design made it a truly unique and stylish experience. The staff were absolutely fantastic, always kind and with a smile on their face. The service was swift and unobtrusive, and they were always willing to go the extra mile. The location was perfect, with several metro stations within a kilometer from the hotel, making it very convenient to explore the city. Plus, it only took me 25 minutes by taxi to reach the airport on a Saturday morning.

During our stay at the Okura, we were consistently impressed by the hotel's old fashioned elegance and the impeccable service provided by the staff. The room, though old fashioned in style, was perfect in every way, equipped with all the necessities we needed. One of the highlights was indulging in a delightful breakfast in bed, enjoying the presentation and perfect silverware. The exquisite ikebana arrangements on every floor added a touch of beauty to our experience.

Although it is an establishment that denotes the passage of time, it is still impressive. It is indisputable that it is a hotel of the highest standard, even today. The treatment of the staff is simply sublime. Very comfortable and quiet room.

The price per night is too high even considering the experience offered. The facilities, although in perfect condition, show the passage of time: for example, the plastic curtain in the shower.

The staff was very courteous and kind. It's near the office in Roppongi.

The hotel was located in a quite upscale neighborhood, providing a very nice and safe area for travelers. It was conveniently situated in the city center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and amenities. However, it was easy to get lost after exiting the metro station. The room was spacious and had a large bathroom with a huge bathtub. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet had a variety of options to choose from. the hotel had facilities such as a swimming pool and gym, which added to its advantages.

The hotel room had outdated fixtures and furnishings, making it feel a bit old-fashioned.

I was amazed by the location of Okura! It is situated in the heart of Tokyo, making it easily accessible and surrounded by everything you need for a memorable visit. The transportation options, including taxis, subway, and chauffeurs, were convenient and made exploring the city a breeze. The front desk staff were exceptional, providing speedy and helpful service with a warm smile. The building itself had a classic minimalist design that I fell in love with, and I hope the renovation maintains its zen and original essence. My room, although slightly outdated, exuded elegance and minimalism, with everything perfectly in place. The dining experience was delicious and the staff were accommodating to all my requests. Despite the small inconvenience of hotel guests waiting in the same line as non-guests, my overall stay at Okura was royal, exceptional, and truly a Japanese gem. I can't wait for the grand reopening! I highly recommend this hotel.
